Comparison of pay scales proposed in the working paper of Manisana Wage Board.
 
The following are some of the comparisons of the existing pay and the those proposed by the Manisana Wage Board as on January 1, 1998 for working journalists, administrative staff and factory staff. Existing gross salary includes Basic+D.A.+I.R. The new Basic Pay will have all these merged into it.
