SEATS IN THE THIRTEENTH LOK SABHA (1999)

The Lok Sabha (Lower House of Indian Parliament) has 543 elective seats and two seats are filled by nomination, taking the total strength of the House to 545. Out of the elective seats, 530 are from 25 States and 13 are from seven Union Territories (UT).
