           Reimbursement of medical expenses per annum subject to

  proof of evidence of treatment and the ceiling as mentioned

  below:

  IB, IA & I        Rs. 100 per month per child or the actual

                    tuition fee paid whichever is less.

  II to IV          Rs.75 per month per child or the actual

                    tuition fee paid, whichever is less.

  V to VIII         Rs.40 per month per child or the actual

                    tuition fee paid, whichever is less.
